Skills: Menu engineering, inventory management, leadership, and high-pressure crisis management.

Description: The Restaurant Manager is the operational anchor of the restaurant. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage all administrative tasks, ensure accurate billing, and guarantee exceptional guest experiences. You will also handle staff scheduling, grievance resolution, and daily sales reporting.

Requirements: 1. Graduate with Good Communication Skills and Handling Customer Interactions. 2. Individuals with Expererience in management and billing will be Preferred. 3. Technical Skills: Must be an expert in Petpooja POS (end-to-end billing, inventory tracking, and daily MIS reporting). 4. Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills.

Description: The Housekeeping Staff ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming. You will be responsible for the daily sanitation of restrooms and floors, waste disposal, and maintaining the spotless appearance of all public and private areas.

Requirements: Experience: 0-2 years in cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance (Freshers are welcome). Skills: Physical stamina for active shifts, strong attention to detail, reliability, and a basic understanding of safe chemical handling and hygiene practices.

Description: Ensure all plates, cutlery, pots, and pans are thoroughly washed and sanitized. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen floors, waste disposal areas, and staff restrooms.

Requirements: Experience: Prior experience is a plus but not required. Skills: Physical stamina, understanding of cleaning chemicals and basic kitchen hygiene.

Description: Working directly under the Head Chef, you will prepare ingredients, manage specific cooking stations (e.g., grill, fry, salad), plate dishes accurately, and ensure your station is clean and sanitized at all times.

Requirements: Experience: 1-4 years in a commercial kitchen. Skills: Knife skills, knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI), ability to follow standard recipes precisely, and strong teamwork.

Description: The Captain is responsible for a designated section of the dining area. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, upsell food and beverages, and supervise the waiters to ensure seamless service from seating to billing.

Requirements: Experience: 2+ years as a Captain or Senior Steward. Technical Skills: Mandatory experience with the Petpooja Captain App (tablet/mobile order punching) to route orders directly to the kitchen. Skills: Thorough menu knowledge, charismatic personality, active listening, and team supervision.
